Complete scammers 1 they quoted me for over a $1000.00 to fix 2 things and I went and fixed both for $1.00 it was a fuse on the air conditioner and they said it was a sun load sensor I tested the sensor it work fine checked the ac clutch to see if it was spinning it wasnt checked the clutch fuse in the front of the car it was blown they also said the traction control was bad Google traction control and tested it nothing wrong couldn't find codes to show up either that said were there now I'm wondering if he did the injection cleaning I'm going to check to se if the oil was changed in the morning to see if the filter is clean or dirty I'll never go there or recommend anyone to go here plus I call other mechanics around the area and their rates were much cheaper and better!
Mr. Pratt, I am sorry you feel we did not provide reputable service. When I reviewed your file, I found that although we performed a very basic code check on your car to address your complaint of inoperative air conditioning and stabilitrak operation we were not authorized to perform a full system diagnostic service to verify trouble codes stored in your vehicle. We also did not charge you for the initial testing. The fact you "found" a shorted fuse indicates the system does have a electrical fault which indeed is why a fuse will short out to protect the system. The codes in your stabilitrak system also indicated module problems and are not related to the air conditioning whatsoever. I am glad you able to Google your repair and I truly hope you do not have any future problems with your vehicle. In regards to your injection service and oil change, I am confident you received exactly what you paid for and would encourage you to continue maintaining your vehicle to ensure longevity. Considering we serviced your vehicles many times over the years, I am sorry this one situation created such animosity for my shop! I would welcome you to stop in to discuss your concerns, I am always here. I truly feel my failure to communicate with you created this discord and for that I am sincerely sorry!
