Port Charlotte Auto Repair

We are new to Port Charlotte and didn't know where to take our car for repair. So we stopped by and talked to Ron about the issue we had with our 2001 Firebird. He took his time to discuss it with us. Ron explained that he had the top of the line equipment to diagnose our problem. We were able to drop it off that night and they found the problem the next morning, they called us and explained the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed the following morning. Every one was very polite and helpful. We will use them in the future and would recommend Complete Auto to anyone that needs a car repair. We are pleased to have found this trust worthy company. Thanks to everyone there that helped us.

I just had a number of items fixed on an older model SUV. Its at that point where you start wondering if its worth putting money into it. Well, now that I found Complete Auto Repair, I'm much more confident to make the right choice on repairs. No matter which car I own needs service going forward, I now have a repair shop I can trust. Ron the owner knows his stuff and takes the time to explain what's going on. As I watched him interact with staff and other customers, it became clear to me why he has so many good reviews and why Complete Auto Repair has one of the best reputations in Charlotte County. Good people and great service.

Good service and friendly people

I drive a lot for my job and I new the part that was going out in my car. Prior to meeting Ron, I received some off the wall quotes after already knowing the cost of the actual part and how easy it would be to install. Even had one shop double the price and tell me he was only charging me the cost of the part. Lol! Fast forward a month.. I met Ron. Ended up emailing him at 7:50am, he replied at 8:04am and told me to come right in. Told me the ACTUAL price of the part and what he would charge in labor. He and Misty were nothing but kind and helpful! My husbands car is acting up and we have agreed to bring to Ron. He truly cares about his clients. Thank you all so much for taking care of me and getting me back on the road!

Called them for a estimate and they just hung up on me. Not very professional.

Worked with Ron on a problem. He and his staff worked wonders and put me back on the road fast. The services were professional and spot on, the office and waiting area are clean and uncluttered. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and it was less than I expected. I will come back the next time I have an issue.

Amazing customer service, and quick service! Ron gave me an honest quote way better than other shops. He really dug into the car and found the issues and a plan to solve them,. His experience and knowledge reassured my confidence I had within the business. My car is running stong and will highly recommend Ron and his team to anyone who needs someone to trust.

Jim is an super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Complete Auto has helped us with several problems with our cars and I will continue to go back to them, their service is great
