Great customer service skills at first. My mother called in describing everything wrong with my car and he explained a lot of things to her and even offered me a great offer. Yet I called in to make a time to drop it off and they gave me a day and I called that day to make sure everything was a good to go and was pushed off a couple more days after already waiting almost a week. We had already turned down the other offices expecting this place to be great just to be turned down all over again.
I am sorry you felt that we were putting you off in servicing your vehicle but due to our workload we have to schedule appointments for repairs. Our appointments are scheduled as much as 7 days in advance and I try to accommodate everyone but there are times that we are unable to provide a drive-thru service. I assure you that we can service your vehicle and provide a 2 year warranty for all repairs that are needed but it will require an appointment. My goal is to provide quality service and exceptional warranty on every vehicle we repair. I hope you are able to find a shop that can provide you the service you are looking for on your terms. I regret that you feel we are a 2 star shop without even meeting us! I wish you luck in your quest for repair.
