Sorry just had to report my perspective. A $48 oil change didn't seem like a competitive price to me and neither did $90 diagnostics. Maybe I was spoiled where I come from a good deal was $19-29 for oil, and free diagnostic if you get it repaired with them. I made the appointment based on the yelp reviews touting honesty, free wiper blades, perks and whatnot... but FYI none of that came with my oil change. I don't want to dog the place. They were nice enough and maybe we'll chalk it up to the quality of the products they use. Maybe they're great mechanics? Didn't stay to find out. SOMEWHAT TROUBLING: They said one caliper was cracked.... suspicious because those things rarely do that on this vehicle. I called at least 5-7 other mechanics about their rates on fixing it. Finally found someone and lo and behold.... it was NOT cracked!! Perfectly sound. Not a thing wrong with it. So... was it a false alarm? An honest mistake? Or were they wanting to pull-one on an unsuspecting innocent to make a cool little $200 cash in a strapped economy? I honestly don't know what to think. Anyway, I'm very glad others have had stellar wonderful experiences here. The people I dealt with just weren't one's I'd chose again.

I have known Ron for several years and I am fully impressed with the way he handles things and the way he treats his customers. He is very honest and a man of integrity. They were able to get me in right away and quoted me a very fair price. The wife even drove me home while they finished the job. Very impressed!!

I recently had to look for a new auto repair shop as my previous mechanic unexpectedly shut down. I was very fortunate to find this local auto repair shop. They have excellent customer service and took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and whatever else my car needed service wise. The pricing seemed fair, the actual service was very quick, and no unnecessary work was pushed on me. I intend to bring all my vehicles here from now on if possible.

Complete Auto Repair is as good as it gets. This business really seems to strive for excellence and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I came in for an oil change based on their yelp reviews. The mechanic looked over everything and found that my brake fluid was low because I had leaky brake cylinders. Without even having to ask, Jim took me out to see the problem for myself. I agreed to the repairs and he gave me 10% off just for mentioning their website! They also found that my rear back up light was out, and fixed it for no extra charge. I could not be happier with their honesty and the service that I received. The repairs even come with a 2 year warranty. It was so nice to go in for an oil change and leave confident that my car was in good shape all around. While I was waiting other customers came and went, and everyone was treated equally with respect and kindness. I am recommending this auto shop to my friends and family. The couches are comfortable if you need to wait, and they also have water and magazines. I highly recommend Complete Auto Repair for great service, affordable prices, and friendly staff. Best breakdown experience I ever had! Lost my transmission while in Port Charlotte visiting from out of town which should have resulted in a complete disaster. While standing on the side of the road with my 10 year old daughter, I read the Google reviews, contacted Ron and he got me to the shop immediately and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Needed a new transmission even though had it replaced in Ocala two months earlier. (This diagnosis was later confirmed in Ocala.) Because of the situation I was in, I would have gladly paid Ron to install a new transmission. Yet, rather than taking advantage of my misfortune, he convinced me to have my vehicle towed back to Ocala so the shop there could do the warranty work which saved me about $3000. Next, he arranged a car rental and tow service and called me several days later to ensure my vehicle made it safely back and had been repaired. By the way, he did not charge me one penny for his time or efforts! I can't thank him enough for his honesty and integrity and I only wish his shop was located in Ocala as he would be my only mechanic!
